For some countries, their very strict battery shipping laws require us to ship our extra potent batteries separately. These include Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and a few other countries.
This does not affect your shipping cost or tax and custom duty situation. So don't be alarmed if you live in these countries and you see a charger but not the battery in the bike box. We didn't forget them. They are just coming separately.

More shipments for US, Europe and Asia are coming. A bit of delay at the battery factory has been holding up our shipment. That is getting resolved and the batteries should be heading to the factory for packing.
Meanwhile shipments for Canada, Australia and New Zealand will be picked up from the factory today. They will head to the port, go through hazardous good inspection and whatnot and then be loaded on their separate ships and be out to you. You will see your tax assessment in an email.

Hi Team MOAR: A couple of our backers send us feedback regarding cracking and breaking of the rear dropout (the part where the rear wheel is attached to the triangular rear suspension frame) on the left side (the brake caliper side).
We advise everyone to take a visual check of that particular area as well as:
1. Take the motor mount clip off the left side of the frame, you can leave the right side on.
2. We'll be sending out some nylon washers to everyone so you can add these to the motor mount clip yourself.
Pls make sure you check and remove the clip on the left side as soon as you can.
If you find any issue with your rear suspension assembly pls send us a picture. We'll send you a new part. Thanks!

Hi Team:
We have received numerous inquiries on email regarding shipping of their bikes. We understand how anxious you must be in trying to find out when your bike will be delivered. We are trying to get the bikes out ASAP and we are scheduling ship out starting next week. This would include US, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Korea, Japan, HK, UAE and others. The list is long and varied so we'd like our TEAM MOAR to please be a little more patient while we focus on the logistics and paperworks of getting the bikes out.
Meanwhile we won't be answering any individual inquiries till after we get all the shipping out is done.
Before your bike is shipped out we'll be collecting tax and custom from you, once your bike gets underway we'll change the shipping status on your order to shipped . You won't get a tracking number till they cleared custom and are in the system of the ground courier, so there'll be a lag time. That lag time was significant for the last Europe shipment but they should not be that long going forward.

Our first shipment to Europe is finally being delivered via UPS. Ongoing deliveries seems to be quite smooth. Except for an isolating case or two where UPS might not have properly contacted the backer when they failed to deliver on the first try. This is the first time we work with this shipper, We'd like your feedback on any issues you might find with the shipping so we can address it with them. e.g. if the box arrived damaged or lack of notification on delivery etc.
We have been informed by our shipper that they might have to collect a small local tax from some backers from a few countries that have special tax code set up, e.g. Switzerland etc.
If you are affected please go ahead pay the tax and contact us by writing and attaching a scanned copy of the tax receipt and we'll reimburse you for it.
