Hi Team MOAR. You might have noticed we just launch a new campaign, call Origin2. O2 in short. Some backers have express interest in getting one or more of our new ebikes from this new campaign.
We appreciate your continued support and passion for MOAR bikes. In order to show our appreciation we’d like to give returning backers an additional 5% discount. We’ll have more detail here later. Thanks you Team MOAR!

Hi Team MOAR.  I hope everyone is safe and still manage to have some fun during this time.  We have been really bad in communication the last few months. I personally take responsibility and I apologize for that.  We are re-organizing things around here and trying to figure out how we can make things work better.

There have been some issues with repair service and very slow in getting some parts.  Now that we have enough real world usage we are starting to see what parts we need to stock and on our next round we’ll make sure we have some spares in the warehouse.  Hopefully that will help the turn around time.

Then there are the few backers whose bikes either get mixed up or just simply didn’t get their bikes yet.  I apologize for the long delays.  Part of the reason is we have embarked on a 2nd generation frame.  And we wanted to build your orders with this 2rd gen frame. We have been fine-tuning the frame to make it even more rigid and robust.  Many improvements have been made to the frame which we’ll detail in later updates.   We have been testing the components and finally I’m happy to say we got it nailed now.  These frames will go into production once we tidy up all the detils.  So you’ll be getting your orders with this 2nd-gen frame.  I hope that makes up for the long wait.

You guys have been incredible to us and I appreciate everyone of you for your friendship and support.  We have come a long way together, stay with us!

Hi Team MOAR, Happy 2020!

We have been radio silent for a while, sorry for that! We are going through a total re-organization of the company now.

We have learned in the past couple years that though we have created one of the best and most advance ebike on the market there are still a lot to be desired from a customer experience and servicing standpoint.

It is with this in mind that we are over-hauling the team at MOAR bikes. We are staying for the long haul, we want to reassure our backers that we’ll be around to honor our commitments.  And you’ll be able to keep getting parts that you need.  In fact we’ll be upgrading parts where we see fit.

We’ll have more detail update by next week.

Thanks for your understanding.

We have been working hard on refining our MOAR bikes for batch 2 production.

E.g. One of the refinements we are doing is we are revamping the whole electrical system, cleaning up and organizing the wirings so your MOAR bikes will have a clean contemporary look not just along the frame but at the messiest part of an ebike, the handle bar area.  This will give your bike an incredible look, we believe we are leading the industry again on this front.  This is but one of the detail refinement we are doing to the bike.  We think these are worthwhile improvements to your bike.

These details have delayed our production a bit.  But most of them have been ironed out now. We are looking at a slightly delayed production schedule of a Jan delivery.  We understand this must have been a very frustrating experience for you.  As it has been for us.  But we believe the end result will justify the extra wait.

We are getting the final prototypes in no and we are looking at a Jan 2020 dleivery.

For those of you who needs a COC, which basically means an EN15194 certificate for our models sold in Europe and other commonwealth countries, this one is for you.

Our bikes are delivered EN15194 compliant with an electronic limiter limiting the motor output to 250w and 25km/h.

Also he throttle was unplugged to be compliant with EN15194.  In effect your bike is a pedelec which doesn't require a license or insurance.  If you have altered these settings before the registrations you probably need to revert them to these settings to be compliant.

We have included a link to the dropbox of the certs, Model B for your rear drive (Euro, 24/7) and Model D for mid drive (Rapt/Rapt II)

Please download the appropriate one for your bike from the following link.   You can copy and paste to access the zip files
