Hi Team: If your shipping status indicate your bike as shipped, pls check your email and spam folder for your tracking #. Make sure your shipping address is current. FedEx will be picking up and shipping out in 24hrs.
Pls confirm receipt of your tracking# and make appropriate arrangement to have your bike delivered, before they are shipped out. .

The latest US shipment has arrived LA. It will be going through custom for the next few days. After that the bikes will be released to our warehouse and then to UPS or FedEx. Once your bike is assigned a tracking #s we’ll be sending it to you.
Due to shortage of Dangerous Goods Container, S Korea, UAE, Mexico and European shipments are delayed till after CNY. We apologize for the delay. This also apply to backers in Alaska, Hawaii and Mexico.
New Zealand, Australia, Canada have been shipped, you should be getting your batteries as well by now.
Hong Kong and Japan has been delivered.

Backers whose bike is on this US shipment should be receiving a notice and status update on their Backerkit acct. If you haven’t received your notice your bike will likely be on the next shipment, which should be coming right after.

On Europe Shipment | Slight Delay
Hi Team MOAR: Your bikes are in Shenzhen already. We were having major issues with the last European shipment, some bikes were not delivered for month because of UPS's internal paperwork issues. We are changing the warehouse and discontinued using UPS for this upcoming shipment. Shipment will still be going through Felixstowe.
We are finalizing the details in the next few days and shipment will resume from Shenzhen within this coming week.
