We heard about the 25% tariff.  We are very concern as well.  Pls give us a few days to find out more info and we'll get back to you guys.

The shipment that's already underway will be in LA by Aug 13.  So it shouldn't be affected.

Hi Team:  We have been working on shipping to these and other regions as well.  There were tax and other issues but we are resolving them and we'll have update shortly.  Thanks for your understanding and patience!

There was a bit of a delay with the European shipment.  The shipper had messed up one of the require document, the “Hazardous Goods Packing Cert.” for shipping the massive batteries we have on our bike.  These bikes have to replaced in special containers that resides in a special hold for hazardous goods.  In fact a couple brand new container ships blew up over the last 2 months because someone didn't declare their "Hazardous Goods" properly.

It’s all good now and the bikes are on their way to the UK.  You can check the progress here.  Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience!  Go Team MOAR!

Hi Team MOAR:   There is a shipment to the US on this ship.  After clearing custom we'll have FedEx come pick them up and issue us tracking numbers for your bike. Thanks for your patience:

Hi Team MOAR:  Joe suggested a great idea.  Something to have to prevent your tires from getting punctures etc.
