Europe shipment has finally cleared custom and is in the warehouse. We are using UPS in Europe and there's a bit of teething pain here. We are told they will have the tracking # for us tmrw. We'll hold the delivery for 24hrs just so we can final confirm the delivery address with you guys. Your bike will then be on the way to you.
Sorry for the long wait !
We are organizing for the second shipment now. Will update as soon as we can confirm a date. Oct 01-Oct10 is Chinese National Days, so the shipment will likely falls after Oct 15.

A lot of you are confused as to where to find it and how to pay for it. It should have been added to your order at Backerkit:

Shipper informed us the shipment had clear custom at Felixstowe and is in their warehouse waiting for ground delivery pick-up. We are waiting for confirmation and tracking numbers on the land pick-up before we send out the 2nd shipment. Pls bear with us.

Hi Team:
US backers who haven't received your bike pls proceed to your order and check the split tariff amount assigned to your order. If it is correct you don't need to do anything. If somehow the tariff split didn't appear on your order or if you have other questions pls write to :

Once we get a shipping date locked and ready to go we'll charge your card for this. Pls make sure your card issuer is aware of this pending charge.
Backers who had more than one bike on their orders might see a mistake, we'll check before shipping. Thanks.
