Hi Team:
I understand there're a lot of frustration and uncertainties, and emotion is running high. Doesn't help that we were hit with the tariff. But we are committed to delivering ALL the bikes as soon as we can. ALL the bikes has been built.
There are a few bikes that ended up with the wrong color, apologies to those backers in advance. We'll try and fix those. Being a start up and running an extremely complicated production mix is not as easy as we thought.
The good thing we can say is that MOST backers who have received their bikes have been happy. And we do believe you'll have the best looking bike around wherever you are.
It's a lot to ask after 18 months of turmoil and delays and seemingly shifting shipping dates. But we are that close now!

We have been made aware by the factory after the fact that because of a mix up at the factory, a few bikes that were shipped were of the right model, but wrong color. We apologize for this mishap. If you have received such a wrong color bike, pls drop us a line at [email protected]
We have a very complicated production mix hence the mistakes. But this is no excuse. We should have been more vigilant. Sorry for the mix up!

Hi Team:
A lot of our European backers are wondering where their bikes might be. The ship has arrived at Felixstowe a few days ago. The bikes are going through custom now. Once they cleared custom they will be sent to the warehouse, downloaded, logged and entered into the land courier's system. You'll get your tracking numbers then. Experience showed us that some people will want to change their shipping address at this stage. So we are asking everyone to pls double check their shipping address and update them NOW if necessary. Thanks!
