As reported by a few backers there are isolated issue with the battery after riding in the rain.  We are actively working to resolve these.  We have posted some video of the water test done on the rear of the battery.  You can see these on instagram.

We are further investigating the front end of where the battery is inserted into the controller box.  Shall have a report on that soon.

We have been busy. ALL brake light issues have been resolved on the Rapt and Rapt II. QC is scheduled for Rapt II this week.

Another US shipment is coming right after w/ Rapt I and II in the mix.

Other countries will follow closely too.

Anodized frames are finally out of the alignment shop. Will go into build next week.

Thank you Team MOAR for hanging in there!

We are planning next shipment to US.  Will also include the Rapt I.   Rapt II will be retrofitted with brake light fix by end of next week.  We'll organize QC and shipping ASAP.   Anodized bikes are taking a bit longer to align.  This process is extremely crucial to the ride of the bike and need a lot of TLC to do properly.  That's why there are not that many full suspension fat bikes on the market.

We have isolated report that the battery might not hold up very well under rainy situation.  We suggest if you do ride in the rain it might be a good idea to cover up the top of the black plastic end part of the battery where the tail light fits onto the aluminum case, just as a precaution.

In case your battery got wet and the BMS shut it down, you can let it dry and air out for a day or so and try charge it again to reset the BMS.
