Hi Team MOAR:  A couple of our backers with REAR HUB MOTOR send us feedback regarding cracking and breaking of the rear dropout (the triangular rear suspension frame), mostly on the left side (the brake caliper side) of the rear drop out.

We advise everyone to take a visual check of that particular area as well as:

Pls take the motor mount clip off the left side of the frame, you can leave the right side on.

The shipment in Europe was delayed due to Easter and strikes at Calais.  We are finally starting to get them out to our Team MOAR.  Some of you in UK should have received your bikes already.   They should all be picked up and delivered within a week.

Our Team MOAR in Europe.  Your bikes have cleared custom at Felixstowe.  Trucking will start tomorrow.  They should all be cleared out within this week.

Thank you for your patience!

We are using video instructions for setting up the bike which we find much more easier to follow.  You can find what you need here:

For set up videos, pls follow the video links on this pdf, compiled by Rajiv, a Team MOAR member.

Always wear a helmet.  And if you have a mid-drive MOAR, pls alway carry with you a "missing link" or "magic link" and a small chain tool.  With a powerful motor sometimes the chain might pop.  Be aware that your bike has a 9 speed chain.  Pls specify that, because they have different pitch.

As everyone who rides a fat bike can attest, a puncture tire is no fun on a fat ebike. Always carry with you a can of tire or tube sealant, something like this:

Thanks for your patience and enthusiastic support! We think you’ll like the bike.

Let us know what you think of your bike.  If you don’t mind FB pls join the MOAR club started by another Team MOAR member - Logan.  You’ll find lots of like minded backers there sharing tips and war stories..

The shipment to Europe is on its way to Felixstowe, UK.  We know some of your are concern about Brexit, because we have a contract with the shipper that's time consuming and hard to change, also Brexit doesn't seem to be going according to plan.  We have decided to stay the course.

So there're won't be any additional tariff.

Here is a snap shot of your bike shipment in progress:
