Hi MOAR backers,
Thank you to everyone who has completed their surveys so far! More than half of you have responded, and we really appreciate it!
We want to call attention to a mistake that was on the survey that we just corrected. As a part of your pledge, you were asked to select either a right side mirror, a left side mirror, or a mirror on both sides. The option to receive no mirror was missing. We have added that to the survey, so you should now be able to select not to receive a mirror if that's what you'd like. If you selected a mirror but did not want one, you will need to head back in to your survey and switch that selection. Otherwise you will be charged an additional $17 for the mirror selection.

Update 14, Part 2
How do I complete the survey?
You will receive a single survey representing all pledges you placed on Indiegogo for both bikes and add-ons. The MOAR Bike or Reserve Now, Pay Later perk you pledged for will be on your survey, and any amount pledged towards upgrades or add-ons will be given as credit on your survey. You will need to reselect any upgrades you pledged for in BackerKit at the original cost — your credit will cover the cost. You can also purchase any additional upgrades or add-ons you might want.
The cost of shipping has also been reflected as a part of your pledge. If you already paid for shipping, you do not owe any additional shipping costs. Otherwise, you will need to pay for shipping in BackerKit. Should you have any questions about this process, please contact the BackerKit team at https://moar.backerkit.com/faq#contact-us.
What about the add-ons and upgrades I pledged for during the campaign? Won’t I get a survey for those as well?
We have combined your full amount pledged into a single survey for you in BackerKit, and made all the upgrades and add-ons available at the same prices as during the campaign – you will have enough credit to select every accessory and add on you have already purchased. To help us get clean data, accurate counts for manufacturing, and to make sure you get exactly the build-out you want on your MOAR, you’ll need to reselect those add-ons and upgrades.
I’d like to switch to a higher model of MOAR, such as the Rapt II. How can I do that in BackerKit?
If you pledged in the Reserve Now, Pay later pledge tier, or you’d like to upgrade your bike to the Rapt 2, you can do so from the first page of your BackerKit survey by clicking on “Want to switch your pledge level?” Here’s what that will look like:
I backed on a “Reserve Now, Pay Later” plan. How will that work in BackerKit?
If you paid your balance before the end of the campaign, you will receive a single survey with the bike you pledged for already there.
If you have not yet paid your balance, you will need to change your pledge level as described above, then complete payment for the balance at the end of the BackerKit survey.
Something seems wrong with my survey. I’m having trouble completing it. What should I do?

Improved Frame for all MOAR Bikes!
Our founder, Ken, has a quick update for all our backers. We updated the frame for the Rapt II before – now we’ve improved the strength and travel on the frames that will be shipping with all MOAR bikes! Check out the video above for more information.

Why do I need to complete this survey?
BackerKit is helping us organize all your responses and orders to ensure you get exactly the MOAR bike you want. Completing the survey helps us sort out exactly what to build out for you, so thank you for taking this extra step.
You’re also able to purchase upgrades and add-ons in BackerKit, so this is your last chance to get any upgrades you might have been eyeing during the campaign!
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link in the email we have sent you, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.

Hello MOAR Backers! Thank you for helping MOAR bikes become a smashing success. We’re getting underway on production, and have an exciting announcement! We will be partnering with BackerKit to help coordinate our order processing and fulfillment.
We will be sending out a BackerKit survey to finalize all your order details – this includes shipment, color selection, accessories purchased, and all other relevant details that will affect your order's fulfillment. Keep an eye out for this survey early next week.
You will not need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey, and will be sent to the email you used to set up your Indiegogo account. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, add or remove accessories, or update your shipping information, you can click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. This page will be available after we send the surveys out. Through the survey process, you will also be able to add any accessories you may have missed out on.
BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
Important Note: Upgrading to the Rapt II will be handled in BackerKit. If you pledged for a different bike but would like to upgrade to the new Rapt II, as many of our backers have said they would, you'll be able to switch to that pledge level in your BackerKit survey and pay the difference between your pledge and the Rapt II. Stay tuned for more details on how specifically to do that in another update just before surveys are sent.
