The first shipment of MOAR bikes are underway to Long Beach, CA. Team MOAR @2ndgen Irish has found us a site that you can track the ship's progress.

Backers whose bikes are on that ship will be getting a confirmation this weekend. We are getting more bikes ready and QC tested for the next shipment. And we are trying to book the second shipment now, but Chinese New Year is making it quite tricky. It will most likely be in early Mar. We'll have more update on that once we confirmed the date. And shipment will come much more frequently after that.
We have started on all models now, 500w, 750w, Rapt I, Rapt II and they are coming along fine.
Work has also started on anodization and they are looking great. But it's a slow process, much more involved and slow going than we realized when we scale it up to hundreds of bikes. And much more expensive than we were quoted on. We'll see a price jump on that option for sure,

There has been suggestion of getting a site going where the Team can put up pic and share their experience. We'll work on that option and let everyone knows.
Now that we have gotten the delivery started we will start putting out clips on the features, functions next week. Kind of working handbook on the bike. These will focus on how to use your bike etc.

We are happy to announce that we have booked a shipment for our first container to Port of Los Angeles, US . The ship is :
Ship name: Shipping # Departure date Arrival Date
MAERSK EUBANK 804N ETD SHA:2/Feb, ETA:15/Feb.
We’ll be loading up the container on the Jan 28. Because this is the first time we are loading up these containers, we can only estimate how many bikes go into a container. We’ll start notify everyone whose bike has been loaded on Jan 30.
Due to the complexity of our orders, we can’t really follow the order sequence for delivery. We have to follow a different set of rules base on production logistic. We apologize to those backers who backed us early but might be be receiving their bike in the first container. But we will try our best to get their bikes out first whenever possible.
There are some free apps for your phone that you can actually track the progress of the ship. One of the better one is called “Findship”. You should be able to enter the ship name and it will show where the ship is. After the ship docks in LA and goes into the warehouse your bike will go into the FedEx system and we’ll have a FedEx tracking number for you. We are requiring signature to receive these bikes, so pls organize and arrange for someone to sign for your bike.
We love the bikes, the QC guys are very impressed with them as well. We think you’ll happy with the bikes too.
On another note. We are running behind on the anodizing. Turns out we need to build special rigs for the process so that we can drain the frames properly in between acid bath, rinse, anodizing, sealing etc. They are going to be a bit late, but we think worth the wait. The only anodized ebike on the market as far as we know.
We are progressing on the redesign on the rear rack, much streamlined, and cleaner. You’ll see that later next week. Thanks to all the Team MOAR who jumped in and bashed us over the head. We deserved it and the end result is a much better product. Just don't make this a habit!

It's been a long road. But we are getting there. First shipment of bikes are boxed and ready to ship. We are scheduling shipping date. One milestone for Team MOAR!

Hi Team: We hear all the feedbacks and comments on the rack. We’ll consolidate all your feedbacks, digest them and ask our She-Neandethal Designer to come up with something that is better. But we'll be using the same quick release mechanism on the rack/bag, as we feel it's superior in design and daily use.
Which means the rack will be delayed.
