Sometimes one or the other headlights seems to go crazy and starts strobing in a random pattern without any apparent reason.  And then it would be gone and the other one would start strobing.  Don’t worry, there's nothing wrong, except the lights had flip out of sync.

The headlights have 3 modes:  Strong / Normal / Strobe.  It’s difficult to differentiate between Strong and Normal unless it’s night time.  So if thy are out of sync they could seem to go in and out of strobing randomly.  The way to fix it is:

1    Flip on and off till one light flashes.

2    Unplug the flashing light.  The waterproof plug is about 5 in from the headlight if you trace down along the wiring, you’ll have to unwrap the wrappings.

3    Flip the headlight switch on/off again till the remaining light is flashing too.

4    Turn the lights off
5    Plug the first light back in and they should be in sync again.

It might take a couple tries to get it right.

Even with the best tires in the world, sooner or later you'll get a flat.  It's especially hard on a fat bike.  Here are some ideas we think everyone should think about in advance and a mini hand pump.

After getting the bike started with our simplified Instagram guide, you might want to find out more functions on your LCD panel.   Here is a link to the manual.

This is for the rear drive only.  The mid drives use a different control panel.  We'll have that later.

We have set up a mailbox specifically to handle questions, problems and issues related to bikes that have been shipped, so as not to get them mixed up with the other mail. If you have any question regarding how to operate or put the bike together pls write to:

[email protected]

The boxing and set up guide is expanding on our Instagram, starting with this unboxing guide:

We just got news that FedEx is probably delivering a lot of the bikes today.  We'll try and get the tracking numbers and get them out but we might not be able to do that in time.  Pls check your phone for calls from them.
